For $289 you receive:

  • Your own domain, my basic maintenance package, & 1 year of hosting.
  • Your logo, layout, and color scheme. (Style and theme elements may be added, but extra charges may apply.)
  • A homepage and 2 secondary XHTML/CSS content pages, with or without "buy" links or buttons. (Extra pages available starting at $30/pg.)
  • A privacy page. (All domains should have one of these. Without one, some search engines will not list your website.)
  • A contact form.
  • One e-mail address, plus the required hidden email addresses so your website and web presence are recognized as valid.

MINIMUM PAGE TOTAL: 5 webpages

Terms: Payment in full at project onset.

(Hosting for static websites starts at $5/month, increased fees dependent upon traffic and its associated bandwidth requirements.)

  • Optimized home page: $250 and up.
  • Optimized first instance secondary page: $150 and up.
  • Additional optimized secondary pages: $30 and up.
  • Ancillary pages: $30 and up (EXAMPLES: privacy, terms of service)
  • Forms: start at $150.

Terms: Half down, balance due on your final approval of website.

  • Standard Content Management System - a website or a section of a website where you can add/remove content yourself; driven PHP software using a MySQL database. $400. Theme and styling extra. Hosting and maintenance charges start at $25 per month.
    • Social Networking Integration. ($25 per integration application)
    • Paid Subscribers, Paid Content &/or Downloads. $500
  • Portals and/or Modular Content Management System (must be scheduled; minimum of 2 week set-up and configuration) $3000 and up. Hosting and maintenance charges are billed monthly. Hosting charges are based on CPU and bandwidth needs; maintenance based on frequency of updates, upgrades and security patches required.)
  • Shopping Carts - start at $500
  • Private Membership/Networking site - start at $1000
  • Public Membership/Social Networking site - start at $3000
  • Public and/or private Forums - start at $1000
